Please read the details carefully before submitting your unit’s roster and waivers.

Event Details:

• Dates: May 23 & 24, 2026
• Location: Century Village Museum, 14653 East PaAll Snippetsrk Street, Burton, Ohio 44021
• Deadline: PRE-Registration must be received NO LATER than May 15, 2026

Registration Fees:

• 16 yrs and Up: $15.00
• 7 years – 15 years: $10.00
• 6 yrs and under: Free

Note: NO REFUNDS IF EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER

Artillery Bounties:

• $125 Bounty to PRE-REGISTERED full-size Cannon
• $100 Bounty for PRE-REGISTERED Mountain Howitzer

Payment will be available at the Crossroads Store after 4:00 pm, Sunday May 24

How to Register Your Unit Online

Step 1: Download & Sign the Waiver (print, scan it, or digitally filled)
All participants must sign the Release and Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. For minor children, a parent or empowered guardian must sign and list the children’s names and dates of birth on the form.

Step 2: Fill Out the Unit Details
Use the secure portal below to enter your Registrant Name, Unit Designation, and Commander details.

Step 3: Enter Your Quantities & Upload
Type in the exact number of Adults, Teens, and Children you are registering today. The form will automatically calculate your total amount due. Finally, upload your completed PDF waiver and click “Register Unit” to proceed to checkout. (Note: You only need to upload the waiver once for your entire group).
