Sheauga Quilters
October 11 - October 12
$1.00 – $5.00
Join us at Century Village Museum every Tuesday to witness the incredible artistry of the Sheauga Quilters. Since 1979, this talented group of women has been dedicated to creating exquisite hand-quilted masterpieces in the Law House, turning fabric, needle, and thread into works of art.
Throughout the years, the Sheauga Quilters have generously donated their creations to support the Geauga County Historical Society and Century Village Museum. Their beautiful quilts are raffled off during our annual Apple Butter Festival, with proceeds significantly benefiting our community. Each quilt takes approximately a year to complete, culminating in a stunning masterpiece that brings joy to its lucky winner while supporting a great cause.
Interested in participating? Raffle tickets can be purchased at the Crossroads General Store, open Wednesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are just $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00, and the winner will be drawn at the Apple Butter Festival.
The Sheauga Quilters are always looking for new members and volunteers to join their quilting community. Come be a part of this creative and impactful group!
