Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the individuals listed on the membership. A current membership card is required to redeem member benefits. Adult members may be asked to present a matching photo ID.
After your membership purchase is completed, your membership information and digital membership card will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Call the office at 440-834-1492 for a membership form and mail it back with your check to GCHS, PO Box 153, Burton, OH 44021. We also accept credit cards. Call the office, stop in the Crossroads Store, or purchase online.
