The Battle of Anzio: WWII Reenactment & Fundraiser

Join us for a living history fundraiser at the Century Village Museum. Experience a detailed reenactment of the Anzio Campaign, a key Allied operation during World War II launched on January 22, 1944, with the goal of breaking the stalemate at the German Gustav Line.

​This full-day event features historical reenactments, marching drills, and weapons demonstrations.

Admission & Amenities:

  • Admission: This event is donations only.
  • Food: A lunch counter will be open for attendees inside the Bond Building.

  • 9:00 AM: Gates Open
  • 9:15 AM: What Was The Battle of Anzio? (Bond Building)
  • 9:30 AM: Small Skirmish (Village Green and Church)
  • 9:45 AM: Allied Drill and Marching (Village Green and Hitchcock House)
